INGREDIENTS

Italian Wheat Spaghetti no. 803 320 g
Garlic cloves 2-3
Spicy red chillies 1-2
Sprigs of parsley 3
Extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the Spaghetti no. 803 in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes.
  2. Towards the end of the cooking time, heat a generous glug of oil in a large pan. Add the sliced garlic and round-sliced chillies, and fry over a low heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the oil, garlic and chillies, then mix together quickly over the heat.
  4. Turn off the heat, finish with the finely chopped parsley, mix and serve piping hot.
