INGREDIENTS

Italian Wheat Farfalle no. 831 350 g
Hard-boiled eggs 2-3
Tuna fillets in olive oil 180 g
Rainbow cherry tomatoes 150 g
Pitted Taggiasca olives 4 tbsp
Caciocavallo cheese 150 g
Chopped pickled vegetables 200 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Chopped mixed herbs (chives, parsley and basil) 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the Farfalle no. 831 in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain, run under cold water to stop the cooking process and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, dice the caciocavallo cheese and pickled vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and season with salt. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into wedges and stir the herbs into the mayonnaise.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes, pickled vegetables, caciocavallo cheese, olives and tuna fillets to the pasta.
  5. Garnish with the hard-boiled eggs and herb mayonnaise.
